Purchase of website host

    Hello,

    We purchased a website plan for domain stemmgt.com and its been months since the purchase and we decided to no move forward with the company. Would it be possible to get a refund on our plan since we never used it? We own other websites through wordpress but this one unfortunately didn’t work out.

    I do not see any upgrades under your @thepatrickisrael WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

    Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? Also we do not show billing that you have directly with GoDaddy, so you may need to contact them separately in the event that you need to refund with them directly.
