My name is Cindy Sundoen. I purchased some embroidery designs through Threads of Time on 7/16/2020. I was unable to receive the designs and unable to get ahold of the company. Can you help? Also, I think I signed up in WordPress but forgot my password. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

You’re posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. We offer web hosting services that anyone can sign up to, in order to create their own website using our tools.
As such, we have no involvement with the websites themselves – they are completely owned and operated by the people who created them. If you’ve purchased a product from a site hosted on our servers, you need to contact the owners of that site directly for help, using the contact channels they’ve made available on their own site. We cannot give you alternative contact information for the owner of any site on WordPress.com under any circumstances.
If a site hosted on our servers are behaving in a fraudulent manner, e.g. taking payments for products or services which they then never deliver, you can report it as explained at https://en.support.wordpress.com/report-blogs/. But note that we’d only be able to take action against sites hosted on our servers. If the site in question is using the WordPress software at another hosting provider, you’d need to contact that hosting provider directly instead.
