    I purchased an explorer level plan today. However, I had a free account and the explorer plan did not connect with my existing account/draft website. How can I connect them?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    I could move the plan to the correct site for you, but it appears you have since canceled the Explorer plan and got refunded.
