  We would like to purchase Business Package- £250 per year. We work for the council and we are unable to make a payment with a card or Paypal as we don’t have any of these facilities.
  Our finance manager is asking if we could be invoiced annually and she will make the payment.
  Please could you advise us on this urgently.

  Payment is only possible via debit or credit card, or directly via PayPal. https://en.support.wordpress.com/payment/

  If your council doesn’t have a credit card account, I suggest you nominate an individual within corporate (ideally the blog admin) to buy the upgrades and then square it with them.
