There are no custom domains owned by the account you are logged in to and I see you recently cancelled the Premium plan. Which domains are you referring to?

I need a quick update, Im a bit confused what plan Im paying at the moment for wordpress…. can you give me some details on my plan plz, that would be great

You purchased the WordPress.com Personal plan in 2017. That plan renewed earlier this month. You canceled the renewal and got a refund. You then purchased the WordPress.com Premium plan, but also canceled and received a refund for that purchase.
So you do not currently have any paid plans active on your account.
