Purchase Plan lost and domain name

I chose personal plan and registered the domain. My gmail id with I registered is (email visible only to moderators and staff). After resetting my password my site, domain name got lost. Also the personal plan is not visible. Please help

This is the site I am trying to retrieve. I made payment but no Transaction ID was sent to my mail. I could not take a screenshot of the e-receipt as it showed up on the screen and disappeared quickly.

There is no www needed in your address, Things seem to be working ok. When I type the .wordpress.com subdomain the correct globalpolicyconsortium.co.in address shows in my browser. Typing the custom domain works fine. Try clearing your browser or try a different browser to reach https://globalpolicyconsortium.co.in/ Your site just needs launching. Note that all sites here have a subdomain address in the background if they upgrade to a paid plan with a custom domain.

When I am trying to log in to my account via registered email and password I cannot reach https://globalpolicyconsortium.co.in/ It is saying no site created yet and the purchase is blank no details of my payment. This is the issue I cannot access this domain

Don’t post passwords on a forum visible to the whole Interweb. If you created the site under a different account to the one you’re currently logged in to then see https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

Hi @globalpolicyconsortiu, no need to share the password — staff can check on the site without it, and you should never share private details in public forum. Also, with a paid plan you have access to direct support here:

I see the upgrade on this account. Can you clarify what you’re seeing there?

I cannot flow what exactly do you mean by forums?https://wordpress.com/help/contact this link directs to post a problem or help required which I did earlier. My account is blank. It is not showing the registered site, in fact the payment upgradation is not there. It is asking me to create a new site. I created the domain in the account I am currently logged in to. Do you recommend me logging out from the WordPress app and chrome in mobile? And try logging in from my laptop? I am not logged out, will it then show the upgradation? I have created the About, Home Page etc in the domain site. Nothing is visible. My account is blank

These days stuff gets cached and you often get stuck in loops. I’m wary of apps. It can’t hurt to refresh things by logging in via some other device.

What shall I do? Logout from my phone and laptop? How do I access the site? I used the WordPress app but what is suggestable? Kindly help
