I used the account I am logged into. I just changed the password twice. Can you please help me with the account you are using that is allowing you to access the site. I just have one email id and password which I used to create this account. Please help

globalpolicyconsortiu is the correct username and I still cannot see any upgradation. Can you send an email which mentions payment details or a link via which I can log in my account where I have registered domain

As @supernovia said above globalpolicyconsortiu is not the right account to reach your site. You must have more than one email address and complicated things by changing passwords/logging in with Google/accidentally creating another account. Perhaps return to the account recovery link and try and find the email you would have been sent confirming your plan purchase.

I checked all the emails in case I accidentally the mail got stored but you could not recover the email. Can my purchase be refunded so that I can recreate my account again?

Hold your horses! The Account Recovery Team gonna help you. Nothing is lost, as already said by a Staff member you are logged in to the wrong account. Even to get a refund you must be logged in to the account that made the purchase. So just stay calm and be patient.

Please be patient while waiting for a reply from our account recovery team. They reply to emails in the order they’re received, and will reply to you as soon as your email reaches the top of the queue.
Please also don’t send follow-up emails, as each new email moves your request back to the bottom of the queue, making it take longer for you to receive a reply.
