Purchase Premium pack Issue

  Hi Team,

  Greetings of the day!!!

  I am trying to purchase premium pack with International Enabled CC, but its getting error message while transaction ‘Error authorizing credit card. Please Contact Support quoting error HYTFSI.’

  Are you trying to buy a Jetpack plan for your site?

  The card you’re using to pay is not supported by our payment processor. We accept Visa and Mastercard for all currencies and countries, as well as other major credit cards like Discover, AMEX, Diner’s Club, and a few others in limited countries and currencies. But we cannot accept payment with cards not underwritten by one of these major credit card companies.

  Hi kokkieh,

  greetings of the day!!!

  I tried with Amex and Master Cards(CC & DC), for both cards am getting the same message.

  Hi there,

  Sometimes your bank may block the transaction, even if your card works for other purchases. Please contact your bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com. Also, make sure that your card is valid for online and international transactions.
