Purchase Premium Theme?

    Somewhere in the rules about using Word Press.Com, I thought I read that we are not allowed to upload themes for security reasons. But then I see an invitation to purchase a premium theme I think I would really like. It is a $45 theme called “Headlines” and I found the invitation to buy it somewhere in or near the dashboard of my new WP Blog. So can I buy this theme and use it or what? Any information will be helpful.

    You can’t upload themes you purchase outside WordPress.COM –

    You CAN purchase a premium theme from your Dashboard >> those themes have been specially modified (as have all the themes on WordPress.COM) to run here and add extra functions to the theme.
