  why i can not add my card for purchase? why i cant i buy anything? what is the problem?

  You can contact them for assistance using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”

  You can also send an email directly to billingsupport@wordpress.com, if you prefer that.
