    Hi there!

You can purchase the Space Upgrade here:

    Extra Storage [Redirects to Plans]

Let me know if I can help further!

I am trying to purchase the space upgrade for a second wordpress website, but the page only reads my main WP website that does not need the space upgrade.

How can I distinguish the website to purchase the space upgrade?

If you put your mouse over the blue Get More Storage > button, you should see a list of your blogs drop down and you can select the one you want to add it to. If you purchase the upgrade for the wrong site, you can always transfer it to the correct one!

Let me know if I can help further!

That is exactly what I did, but the next page that showed up was not that website, but, rather, referenced my main website, which already has an upgrade bundle, thus it would not allow me to purchase a space upgrade.

Is there another way to accomplish what should be a simple task?

You could try to purchase it directly from the blog’s dashboard at https://oraclesoup.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php

    Does that work for you?

No, that does not work, as mentioned in the last two replies. This is the message I receive:
“That item is already in a bundle in your cart and has not been added separately.”

I have not upgraded anything on this secondary website. The bundle reference is to my primary website.

WordPress states that I need to purchase upgrades separately for each website, yet will not allow me to perform this function.

Now I just tried it for the forth time, and it took me to a different page. It may work….will let you know.

It worked!! Here is what I did differently that may have cleared this error:

When the message came up that I already had a bundle in my cart, my cart did not reflect a bundle selection. The total in the cart was $0. I selected the “remove from cart” option, anyway.

This is what opened the door to the option of purchasing the space upgrade.

My conclusion….there is a problem with the WP shopping cart.

I have never tried to purchase a bundle for this secondary website, but recently purchased one for my primary website. Information got crossed between sites.

Although I had not selected a bundle for the secondary site, the upgrade purchasing page expressed that I had, showing $0 in the cart.

Best to get into the habit of clearing the shopping cart, even though you did not add anything to the cart.

    Dear Happiness Engineer,

    Thank you for your help!

    Two feedbacks for WorkPress.com:
    1) Please post or link to the “Upgrade Page” in a way that makes it easier to find. Most links only take you to the “Bundle” option page.
    2) Need to do some trouble-shooting with your “Shopping Cart” system.

WordPress is most likely losing a significant amount of business due to these errors. Many folks would have given up and do not have the persistence I have to resolve problems.

WordPress – if you find these two feedbacks to be true and are able to correct the problems I have noted, please let me know so I can feel I have given back to the wonderful format that you provide all us customers. Thank you!!
