Purchase template for self-hosted site

I have a self-hosted wordpress site. Is it possible for me to purchase your template chronicle. It’s not obvious to me how to do that. When I search for new templates within my wordpress install they do not find chronicle. My client saw the theme and wants to use it for her magazine-style site. Thanks for your help. Karen

Sorry – WordPress.COM premium themes are available for use only on WordPress.COM – the themes are modified to run on WordPress.COM – you can see if the theme was based on an outside theme and if so – see if the theme house offers a version for WordPress.ORG installs

As auxclass said above you need to contact the designer directly to purchase a version that’s licensed to run on WordPress.ORG software.
Note: Premium Themes that are licensed for WordPress.com use only cannot be transferred to self-hosted WordPress.org sites. http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/premium-themes/

Ditto on what auxclass and TT said. Please ask the theme author about the possibility of purchasing the theme for your self-hosted blog as this cannot be purchased and downloaded from WordPress.com.
