Purchase the Rosalie theme for my website

  I tried to purchase this theme & after putting all my cc info in I got a response saying it wasn’t compatible with a jetpack sight. I deactivated jetpack & now it won’t take me back to the purchase sight. It says I don’t have a wordpress acct. But I do. My website is hosted through Bluehost. Can you please advise? Thanks.
