Purchase theme in theme forest and import to my wordpress

I want to purchase a theme in themeforest.net and import to my wordpress to work on it. Do I need to upgrade? I have just bought the premium hosting. Or can I do this in Premium?

Themes can’t be uploaded to sites hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:

I think I need to go to WP.org then and start there. Can you tell me where to go for refunds please? I spent $70 dollars I can get back. Also I started a site/blog thegraphicdesignshop in WP.com – I don’t think I will need that now. Can you let me know where to delete that please? Also I want to use the url I bought for that in a site (thegraphicdesignshop.co) I want to build in WP.org can I transfer that of redirect it? Thank you for your help. Many thanks from a WP novice. It appears as if you’ve removed the Premium upgrade from your site, and triggered your own refund.

You can do either one! However, you can only transfer a newly registered domain 60-days after purchase. This isn’t a WordPress.com rule, but one we have to abide by due to ICANN rules. However, once the 60-days is past, you can click this link to learn how to transfer a Domain to another registrar
In the meantime, you can “point” your WordPress.com domain to your self-hosted site. Here’s how:

If you want to permanently delete your site, follow the guide below:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/delete-site/Please read the warnings and advice before deleting a site, as we can’t revert a site deletion for any reason and the site address cannot be reused.
If you want to hide your site instead, you can use the following guide to make your site private so only you and people that you have invited can view the site:
