Purchase upgrade bundle

Please someone help. I sent an email 2 days ago with no response. Very frustrating. All I want to know is if I can still purchase the upgrade bundle with what I currently have. If so, how?

Actually, we sent you an email on July 2, so you may wish to check your spam filter.
As we noted at that time, you can upgrade to the Value Bundle, but your current domain registration cannot be credited to that purchase.
Although technically we can cancel your domain registration so you can start over, we don’t advise that. Canceled domains become the property of our registrar partner and are only returned to the public market at their discretion, sometimes after as long as 90 days, and with no guarantee that it will be released for you to re-purchase.
Having said that, the bundle is a great value, so you may wish to consider it despite not being able to apply your domain registration to it.

I understand, I just cannot find where to purchase the bundle. I do see where I can purchase them individually. HELP

Actually, the existence of the domain is preventing the purchase of a bundle, which is what would happen if you already had any other bundle-included upgrade.
I’ll see if that can be changed, but I believe that’s how the bundle was designed.

This is very frustrating. This has been my question since the get go and finally you are answering it. When I first signed up i clicked on the wrong thing in error and simply asked if it could be changed since I am a first time user. If an adjustment can be made great, if not, please let me know so that I can get on with it.

Unfortunately, this is by design. If any bundle-included upgrades already exist on the account, the bundle is no longer available.
