  I bought the bundle – thought I bought “On Demand” theme for $50.00 plus domain map, no ads, video press, 10 GB, Custom Design – why am I being asked to purchase again. And my theme is something totally different.

  I don’t see any Premium Theme purchases on your account. Please note that premium themes are not included with the bundle.
