  I’ve been trying to purchase an upgraded account but it doesn’t go through.

  Hi @ibbccabs, everything seems to be okay on this end. Can you try again, and if that does not work, can you contact your card company or bank?

  Sometimes card companies will block larger online purchases, or they’ll want you to verify with them before they’ll go through.

  Hello.
  I used the same card last night to purchase a domain in GoDaddy. I just wanted to upgrade my WordPress so I can map my domain to my website.
  Whenever I proceed to check-out, WordPress always says ‘Transaction failed. Try another card.’
