Purchased a domain with WP, and now when I login to WP I can’t find it

    Sometime in August I registered a domain with WordPress (hrojasheraldry.art), apparently the actual registrar is a company called automattic.com, associated with WP.

    I also paid for email for my domain, and I have been charged again on November 22. In the email I received about the renewal for that email there is a link to manage/renew, when I click the link it takes me to my control panel at WP, but my domain is not showing up at all.

    I am directed to website to manage/pay the email service but when I arrive at the website…the email account or my doman are not there at all.

    No matter how many times I switch sites, my registered domain is not there, therefore cant manage the email that I am paying for, and I am not receiving emails on.

    I need to update MX records for my domain and email servers but I cant do it because I cant find them in WP.

    Help?

    Hi there!

    The domain hrojasheraldry.art is indeed registered here at WordPress.com, but it was registered under a different user account than the one you’re currently logged into. Therefore, you would need to log out of this account and into the one that made the purchase to access the domain management tools.

    Since you’re being charged for the renewals and if you don’t remember what account you used to purchase the domain, you can use our account recovery process.

    If you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

    Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
