    Hi there,

    I can see that you’ve purchased the theme, Corporate, for your WordPress.com site, spencerhorn.wordpress.com. That theme is already activated on that site.

    If you want to use the theme on your site at spencerhornsolutions.com instead, that’s not possible. The theme you bought can only be used on WordPress.com sites, and spencerhornsolutions.com is a self-hosted WordPress.org site.

    There might be a self-hosted version of your theme available, but you need to buy that directly form the theme developer, here:
