  i purchased theme (thru iPage installing WordPress)

  using

  and somehow installing wasn’t successful that i ended up losing 2 theme i purchased

  the email address i used was

  P.S (My account has nothing to do with making the purchases since i bought the theme from iPage control panel)

  I’m afraid we can only help with WordPress.COM blogs. We can’t help you with iPage blogs.

  iPage is just domain hosting.

  Blogs on wordpress.COM are hosted here on wp.com for free. If you want to host your site somewhere, and use wordpress.ORG software then you are in the wrong forum.

  Did you know that there are different kinds of wordpress?
  wp.COM with free hosting
  wp.ORG with free software but you pay for hosting somewhere else

  Here are details:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  This means that you cannot use a theme you found online with the free hosting offered by wp.COM.

  Perhaps you can get a refund from the company who sold you that theme and hosting? I don’t know.

  Hosting on wp.COM is free and the only themes we can use here are:
  dashboard—>appearance—>themes
  or http://wordpress.com/themes/

  WordPress.COM does offer domain mapping if you don’t want the ending of your url to read “http://YOURNAME.wordpress.com/“

  and if you bought a domain name from iPage, you can still use that name here with free hosting.
