  Where did you purchase your theme? While there are hundreds of themes available here, WordPress.com does not allow you to upload your own themes.

  If you cannot find a theme you like or want to use one you purchased somewhere besides WordPress.com, you could consider a self-hosted WordPress.org site. This option would require you to also purchase a domain name and hosting from a hosting provider, such as one listed here:
  https://get.wp.com/hosting/.
