Purchased bundle but I don't have access to my plugins

    Hi, I have purchased a bundle from Automattic

    I don’t have access to the plugins on my site. Can these be installed or my account be given access to the plugins so I can install them and configure them?

    Hi there, it looks like your site changetoothpaste.com is hosted with NameCheap. These forums you’ve posted to assist free websites hosted by WordPress.com, the hosting provider.

    I’ve gone ahead and flagged Staff for their attention as they can see what bundle you purchased through Automattic and point you in the right direction for assistance. Thanks for your patience while they get back to you.

    Hi Jennifer,

    The DNS is at namecheap, also they are my registrar.

    The site is hosted at pressable as part of the bundle I purchased.

    Hi again, Pressable is a web hosting provider as is NameCheap.

    If your WordPress install is hosted with Pressable, and that is where you purchased the bundle you mentioned, then probably best to reach out to Pressable’s support team directly. https://pressable.com/contact/
