purchased bundled yet still asking to renew domain

    I just purchased an upgrade bundle but the site is still asking me to renew my domain. I though the domain would be included in the bundle. Is that not correct? If I the domain renewal is not included then, I will need to request a refund as it won’t be worthwhile. Thanks.

    Hi Jeannie – Yes, you have a free domain included with your bundle. Your bundle is on jeanniesmindfullife.wordpress.com, but your subdomain mapping upgrade was still on your old blog jeanniecarriere.wordpress.com, so they weren’t linked together.

    I moved the mapping to the new blog, and added it to the bundle, so it’s all together now and renewed through the same date. You should be all set, but this also means your old blog is now visible at its original URL:
    https://jeanniecarriere.wordpress.com/

    If you don’t want that blog visible, you might set it to private:
    Privacy Settings
