Purchased credits from PayPal not appearing

  Hello,

  I am attempting to create a domain name that I already own, but would like it as part of my WordPress site. I was instructed via WordPress prompts to purchase 10 credits via PayPal, then return to the same screen. I did as requested, but there is no record of my purchase on WordPress.

  Can you help?
