Purchased credits not showing up

    This appears to be a common question asked. I purchased the credits through paypal in order the change my blog name to my domain name. The credits are not showing up in my account. Since it’s currently Saturday, does this mean, I won’t be able to change my domain until Monday when support opens? I already changed the nameservers as they advised so my site’s actually down right now.

    I was hoping to get this transferred this weekend.

    Depending on the form of payment used with Paypal, sometimes it can take a few days for the transaction to clear. If you still do not have the credits and upgrade in your account in a few days, send in a support request with the Paypal receipt and transaction details.
