Purchased Custome Design not working

  I purchased the Custom Design add-on for a different wordpress.com site (http://dallernatureldummysite.wordpress.com) to test changes before I transferred it to my main wordpress.com site linked below (in My Upgrades, it says it is active for my main wordpress.com site – http://dallernaturel.com). I can see all the changes in the Customizer, but none of those changes are reflected when published.
