Purchased Domain & Mapping – Doesn’t Appear Under ‘Domain’ Subheader?

    Hi there,

    A couple of hours ago I registered a domain and mapping…and, as soon as I received the receipt to my email I expected the new domain to show up under the subheader ‘Domain’ of my Dashboard. But, it’s not showing up…I worry the purchase didn’t go through. But, that doesn’t make sense since I have proof of receipt and especially since it stated, ‘Options Upgraded’ or whatnot on my Dashboard.

    Please help. It would be deeply appreciated.

    Not to mention, when I try to register another domain with the same name I’ve selected previously, it says, ‘The domain ——.com is available to be registered and added to your blog………’

    I don’t get that. What does this mean?

    As you have a receipt I think it’s best for you to contact Staff with all your details http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
