Purchased domain but still redirecting

  Hi,

  I’ve purchased a domain in wordpress called paithaimassage.com but it is redirecting me to paithaimassage.wordpress.com. How do I stop this?

  Many thanks for reaching out.

  A paid plan is needed in order to set a custom primary domain, at a minimum the personal plan:

  It looks like you’re setting up a website for a business – is that correct? I’m curious, what plans do you have for your site? (For example, are you looking for people to be able to book via the website?)

  Perhaps I can guide you toward a plan, that might be of more use than the personal plan.

  Hi, yes it’s for a business. The Personal plan is what we need. It comes with a free domain for 1 year right? How do I get a credit back for the .com that my colleague has already purchased? They didn’t realise they had to buy the Personal plan.

  Hi there, if your colleague purchases the Personal Plan for the site, once they have done that, have them contact us and let us know, and we can refund the 19 and apply the credit from the Personal Plan.
