Purchased domain disappeared!

    Hi,

    Recently, my website became unavailable due to a problem with a domain we acquired with WordPress. Our site and email went down so our business has crashed.

    The website now only shows this error: “Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain. “

    We have logged in, but the domain does not now appear on the WordPress dashboard anymore.

    Can anyone please help me?

    Hi there,

    Are you speaking of ladovioleta.com? That domain expired on 11 January and has since been removed from our system.

    I’ve emailed our registrar to ask them to restore the domain. I’m also sending you a link via email to pay for the renewal. Once we receive your payment and our registrar restores the domain, I can reactivate it on your site.
