purchased domain leads to canceled wp blog?

  i created a wp blog with my own domain. i canceled the blog, and updated my DNS at the domain host, but the link still leads to wordpress. i have acquired separate hosting and i need it to lead to that site, not wordpress.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  correction, the blog i was using was metrocomical.wordpress.com

  the domain name is http://metro-comical.com

  Hi there – The domain is now registered with Launchpad.com, but the name servers are still pointed here to WordPress.com. Please contact support at Launchpad for help with pointing them to your new hosting provider.
