Purchased domain name not working

  I purchased my domain name from WordPress 3 days ago and it still isn’t working. I don’t know if there are additional steps that need to be taken? Can someone point me in the right direction?

  Contact staff directly at http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ . Another person experienced this and it was some sort of problem in the back end.

  I’ve also tagged this thread for staff attention, but in case they don’t see it, contact them directly as well.
