Purchased domain not displaying / functional

  I purchased a domain for my blog via the Store within my blog’s dashboard however two days on and I still don’t have the purchased domain!

  If you search for the domain name I purchased it says that it’s still available, checked my Paypal account and transaction for $25 was completed.

  Can anyone help me with this?

  Sometimes the registration fails for some reason – the Staff will refund your charges and you can register again. I will also flag this for staff attention.

  I sent a message to support shortly after I purchased but still haven’t had a message back which is why I posted here.

  I shall send them another message now.
