Hi there,
I understand that you’re having trouble accessing a WordPress.com account through which you’ve registered a domain. I’m here to assist you and make this as easy as possible for you.
To manage your domain, you’ll need to regain access to this other account. Don’t worry, though – we have a straightforward process for situations just like yours. Here’s how to get started:
- Look for the Transaction ID associated with the domain purchase from your credit card statement. This ID is unique to your purchase and helps us verify your account ownership. If you’re unsure where to find it, please follow our guide on how to locate it: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#on-your-credit-card-statement
- Once you have your Transaction ID, please send it to us using our account recovery form: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
As soon as we verify the ownership of your account with the Transaction ID, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how to regain access to your account.
We understand that this process might feel a bit overwhelming, but we’re here every step of the way. Feel free to reply here if you have any questions or encounter any issues.
