Purchased Domain – Now can't access website or domain

Yesterday I purchased a domain to redirect to my existing WordPress site. Immediately after processing the transaction WordPress threw an error that the Privacy Addon failed to install.
In the Domain section of the dashboard, when trying to enable Domain Privacy, I get the error:
“Oops! Something went wrong and your request could not be processed. Please try again or Contact Support if you continue to have trouble. “
I contacted support and left a ticket, but I have not gotten a response.
My site is not accessible from the web at all – Help!

There is a backlog and all support issues are dealt with in order of datestamps and time stamps – earliest date and timestamped are served first, as would be expected. Also note that contacting staff more than once simply means the date and timestamp moves froward and it takes longer to get help. So you will have to be patient while waiting.

Hi there!
It looks like your domain did not register correctly and your account has been credited.
Go ahead and register the domain again through Store > My Domains. You will not have to pay for the purchase again.
