purchased domain, unable to access it!

  Hello, i purchased a domain name (kristy87.com) and, instead, the only domain being used is still “kristy87dotcom.wordpress.com” how do i activate my purchased domain name??? I have the receipt:

  What does this mean? I would like to use the domain i PURCHASED “kristy87.com” NOT the “kristy87dotcom.wordpress.com”

  The “domains” page on the dashboard does not give the option to use my purchased domain name as the default!

  It seems something went wrong during the registration. I’ve added the credits/money to your WordPress.com account, could you please try to purchase the upgrade again?

  You can go to Store > Domains on your blog’s dashboard and follow the steps there.
