Purchased domain via wordpress but it doesn't show up in "My Domains" area

    I had a website through webs.com which 60 days ago I switched over to wordpress. I purchased the domain through wordpress and set up my hosting services with Hostgator. I have built a temporary page which is now setup to go live, but i need to change the name servers in WordPress to the ones that hostgator gave me. When I click on the “My Domains'” section on wordpress, my purchased domain doesn’t show up. Can someone please advise how i would add it so I can “edit” it and add the hostgator name servers?
