  I’ve purchased the Explorer package however your template designs all say upgrade to Explorer to get this design template.

  When will these be available for me to use?

  Hi there!

  If you’re getting the prompt to upgrade to Explorer to get certain design templates, can you ensure that you’ve selected the correct site (mp-coaching.co.uk) from My Site? I see that you have two sites, and you may have selected the free site instead.

  Here’s a direct link to the theme gallery with your paid site selected. Please let me know if it works.
