Purchased express version of theme that doesn't work on standalone site

  Hello,

  I have purchased this theme:

  http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/scrollider-express/

  With the intention of installing it on a standalone wordpress install. However, after purchasing it, I’ve found it only works on sites hosted on wordpress.com (for instance, on http://conferenceinsiderhcp.wordpress.com/).

  I want this theme for an independent wordpress site, but it seems I’ve already blown my money on a misunderstanding. Is there a downloadable version of this I could use on a standalone version of wordpress? If not, can I reimbursed please?
