Purchased Google Apps Email and didn't receive login

Hi, I purchased a google apps email through you guys and it shows under my purchases, on my profile, but I didn’t receive the e-mail with the setup instructions and the temporary password. I’ve checked my spam folder and there’s nothing there either.
I also went through the whole gmail troubleshoot, and couldn’t find it.
On my wordpress profile, under my purchases, when I try clicking on “Google Apps Settings”, it leads me to an error page, with the message: “Sorry, you accessed a login page from a domain that is not using Google Apps. Verify the web address and try again”.
Also, weirdly, the purchase receipt from wordpress went to my old e-mail address, that I don’t for wordpress for a while already. I checked to see If I could find the Google Apps e-mail there, but there’s nothing.
What should I do?
