Purchased Google Apps Email and don't know how to login

  I purchased a google apps email through you guys, $50.
  it shows up on wordpress on my account that i have purchased it.
  I also purchased a domain name at the same time.
  I received the email about the domain, but haven’t gotten any info on the Google email i purchased or how to access it.
  I go to google apps, and try to login on their admin page and it says
  “You need to use a Google Apps account to log into Google Admin Console.”
  When i try to register it on google apps it says domain already in use.
  Please help me.

  Nothing helps, I haven’t received the email.
  I’m familiar with my email, and I know I haven’t received it yet.
  What can I do? I’m fairly new to wordpress, but paid $50 for a service I don’t even have access to?

  Just to make sure we are on the same page, you checked your spam/junk folder and the email is not in there?

  Yes. I’ve said that a few times now. I still haven’t received the email. How can I get my money back? If I can’t have access to the service I purchased, I need my $50 back. please please help me somebody.
  I don’t want to have to be refunded, I’d love to just be able to use my google apps email I paid for.

  Hi there,

  I double-checked to make sure we sent you the email about how to log in to Google Apps. Can you please search your email (the email address listed in your account settings) for the phrase “Google Apps is now set up and activated for your domain” or just for “Google Apps” or “WordPress.com”? (We have more tips for that on our Gmail Issues troubleshooting page.)

  If you still don’t find the email that way, please let me know!

  I am set up to receive notifications on this thread. Thank you very much for the help.
  I don’t know how this happened as i received the first email, yet somehow didn’t get the one with the setup instructions.
