Purchased google apps email and now it is saying "trial period" expired
-
When I bought a new domain for my blog through wordpress, I also purchased google apps email for $60/year. On my ”updgrades” it states that I have this feature and that it will auto-renew in March of 2016. However, after having access to my email for a while, it is now saying that my ”trial period” has expired and I can no longer get access to my email. My credit card was charged for this feature, so I’d like to know why I am paying for something I can no longer access. Has anyone else had this problem?

I’ve checked all of my email settings and everything looks good and is set up as per wordpress instructions. Why am I being charged $60 for a “trial version” of google apps email I cannot access anymore

Hi there!
I’m so sorry for the inconvenience. That was the result of a bug on our end, but we’ve now fixed it so your Google Apps is back in full service.
Please let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you!
