Purchased Lifestyle Theme when hosted site, now lost. Pay again?

When I had a hosted site on bluehost.com, I had paid for the Genesis Lifestyle theme. However, that site is now lost and I am starting from scratch using WordPress.com Premium. I know I cannot upload any themes to WP.com Premium, but I shouldn’t have to pay the theme again when I have the folder on my computer. How can this be corrected?

I doubt is can be changed.
The theme you have in the folder is not the same theme you see here. All the themes are highly modified to run here, so while the theme here is probably based on the theme you have (I say probably as I am not familiar with the theme) by the time it is running here it is not the same theme.

Themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.

You may use any of the available themes we have under Appearance > Themes in your dashboard, and you may want to look into purchasing the Custom Design Upgrade to customize one of the themes we offer.
