Purchased new domain and I can't access the site

  I purchased the domainblueintercom.com through WordPress.com and even though the Domain Helper says everything looks good, when I goto My Sites it is not there.

  If I try to make a post by going through the site directly it tells me that I am not the administrator of blueintercomdotcom.wordpress. Notice the difference in name. If I type this in it redirects to the blueintercom.com.

  Any ideas?

  I ordered the domain through WordPress. It says that there is no problem. But I can’t access the site.

  Hi there,

  The domain blueintercom.com and the WordPress.com site its mapped to (blueintercomdotcom.wordpress.com) are owned by a different WordPress.com account. If you created that site and domain through a different account, you’ll need to log in to that account to manage the site.

  If you’re having trouble logging in to that account, you can reset the password by entering the account’s username or email address:

  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

  If you need more help with that, please follow the steps in our Account Recovery guide to regain access to that account.
