Purchased new wordpress.com blog…. Nothing!

I have bought my wordpress.com blog and nothing is happening, it still is not showing up on wordpress.com nor any search browser on my IE. I even tried to delete it thinking something may be wrong on my half, but when I did try and get a refund it says “You are not the owner of this blog.” I even tried looking for my blog on “www.whatsmydns.net” Nothing still. I feel like I have spent money on something I am not getting. If any support memebers or other bloggers can help, please get in touch.

Remove the privacy setting from http://fictionwriting.wordpress.com/
Settings > Reading

save changesIn order to map to a domain one must have an underlying .wordpress.com subdomain blog to map from. If you have registered a .wordpress.com blog you log in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchase a domain name by purchasing an annually renewable domain mapping upgrade for the blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades is where you do the primary blog set up knowing it can take between 24 – 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. You can view the DNS changes here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/ What’s important during that stage is to be patient.

I feel like I have spent money on something I am not getting.
Is this a case of failing to renew a domain in a timely fashion, allowing it to expire and then trying to get it back? If so then for more information on what your options are, please see this document. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/

Domain helper shows that you just bought domain mapping but did not buy a domain name – youngadultfictionblog.com – shows as not being registered
Exactly what do you see at
Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades ?
Dashboard >> Store >> Billing history? -
@auxclass – It says I have purchased Domain mapping, Domain Registration and private registration. This is within my billing history, the amount is $26.00 in total for a year. @Timethief – I really didn’t want to delete my domain-name and gain a refund but even today it says on my billing history I have all the factors I named above, I thought that was enough for my blog to thrive, but hey, it has to happen to someone. All of my privacy levels are at those levels in Settings – Reading. I think I may have done something wrong, please help again. Thank you.

A private blog will never show in any search engine. You have a private blog. It has a whatever.wordpress.com URL and a custom URL. If the whatever.wordpress.com blog is set to private, so is the custom domain, because they are the same blog.
Go to your Settings->Reading page and set it to Public.

It’s already at “Allow search engines to index this site” I did go on to http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-helper/ and it is saying my blog is expired?? I haven’t even used it. I’m lost. Haha!
