purchased on wrong blog, transfer?

I couldn’t find the download theme for zuki, so I just purchased it but its not in the correct blog. How can I cancel and start again or transfer it over?

Which site were you trying to transfer to? We can transfer the theme to another WordPress.com site of yours, but it’s not possible to download the theme to be used on a self-hosted WordPress.org site. Premium themes on WordPress.com are licensed for use on WordPress.com sites only. You may buy the theme for a self-hosted WordPress.org site from here: http://www.elmastudio.de/en/themes/zuki/

OK, I have purchased for the self-hosted site and that works but I don’t need it on my personal WP site.
I have tried to claim a refund but I get the error “Unable to cancel upgrade because of missing subscription”.
How can I be refunded and the theme removed?

We can cancel the theme and issue a refund within 30 days since the theme’s purchase date. Please go to http://wordpress.com/themes and choose another free theme on your site and let me know when you’re ready for the theme to be canceled. I can cancel it and issue a refund for you.
You may also try doing this yourself by going to http://wordpress.com/purchases

Can you please cancel it for me as I still get the following message..
