  https://notthatgirlthisgirl.wordpress.com/ only has a “Hello World” post from 2010?!? Perhaps you’re logged in to the wrong account? What is the address of the site you’re looking for?

  Wordpress combined two accounts for me and pushed susanwheelersmith.com as the primary domain. I can write posts on susanwheelersmith.com, but going to the dashboard pushes me back to the notthatgirlthisgirl.com dashboard which then shows only a free plan.

  I don’t believe two accounts can be combined. If you visit your main site you will see that the author of the posts is a completely different username to the one you are logged in to currently here. Log out completely from this account and log back in with your other username. Then you’d have access to Livechat.
