Purchased Plugin from WooCommerce and old site activated

    Hello,

    We purchased the WooCommerce Subscriptions Plugin for our website and somehow the purchase connected to an old website as we received this type of notification:
    Welcome to the WordPress.com family!
    Congratulations, your new site, —————–, is up and running!

    We need to make sure the old site, the one mentioned above, is not live and our developers can continue with the plugin using our new site.

    Who can we speak to about this? Why did this happen?
