Purchased Plugin not working, no support

  The plugin Prettyroutes is not allowing adding of a start and end point.

  We have contacted plugin support but have not received adequate help. When requesting an older version of the plugin we were instead told to further purchase another subscription.

  Is there any WordPress support that could possibly contact the plugin provider?

  We can’t help with third party plugins. Only support of that plugin is able to help you …
