Purchased Premium Now Converted Back to Free Account

    So yesterday, I purchased an upgrade, and I applied for the wordads. Well it said that my blog was labeled ‘mature’, which is ridiculous. So I got help from wordpress through chat and he said he would reset my website so i can reapply for wordads. Now, my blog is back to free instead of premium, and none of my blog posts are showing up. All of my changes have been reverted back to weeks ago. What the heck is going on? I have put a lot of work into blog and now this. I paid the upgrade and now its back at free. I need some feedback on this. The account reset was only for my blog not to be considered mature because there is no pornographic material on my blog. but now everything i have done with my blog has been erased.

    Did your purchase it from the current account or some other account?
