Purchased Premium upgrade and doesn’t reflect on my account

I purchased the Premium upgrade and it doesn’t reflect in my Purchases — it’s still showing as Free, so I’m unable to get support. I submitted both an email and online request April 14 and still haven’t heard from anyone. This is BAD customer service.

Hey @lillianscott627, I’m sorry we missed this! Your upgrade must be on another account. Can you send a link to the upgraded site? Or, which email has a receipt — can you log in with that address?
